1 年No way! AI will assist healthcare professionals to make better decisions and will potentially assist with the streamlining of clinical and business processes. We are already experiencing a very impersonal patient engagement experience and chat tools make it even more so. Along with the "square box" thinking that we have already experienced over the past 20+ years via outsourcing the need for more human interaction still exists. As a professional that has adopted chat tools, they are often woefully inadequate in most of my healthcare, financial, airline, and hospitality experiences and leave a great deal to be desired for the resolution of my issues. I am still often having to speak with a contact agent to address my very basic issues.

1 年While the sticky point of diagnosis and treatment recommendations always seem to be top of mind, I'd like to see AI be able to tailor aftercare or discharge information for a patient. Let's make the papers or the generic monographs more contextual to the patient and remain current with the latest information and research.
