Future Is Brighter Than You Think!

Someone has asked me a question recently, what we can do today that really shapes our future tomorrow? During this unprecedented time and mass level of job losses, what an average individual can do who just have college degree. Do you have any advice or suggestion? I believe that we all might face the same issue either with us or someone in our knowledge and somehow read multiples articles like Learn A New Skills OR Become Master In Your Own Subject. But on a deep level if someone is incapable of learning new skills then? We all know the World Is Going To Change, Earlier jobs arent coming back if they do so they will come with low pay and AI & Machine Learning will push that too.

Just think about it, The Person Who Manufacture Car, Is Manufacturing Burgers Nowadays, But one thing is coming for sure which is the EVOLUTION OF MARKET.

But the question is that how to deal with that Change? The Answer Is 3Cs which are Confidence /Courage & Collaboration

Confidence: An Individual Ability to believe in him/her self, If an individual doesn't have confidence in, how he/she gonna thrive, or even survive during this time. Confidence doesn't earn from degree its a mental ability to think positive or think ahead in any given situation.

Courage: An ability to make the decisions, when requiring the most effort. There is an old saying goes if you have courage you can walk even on fire. This time is not even less than that, show some courage, and take a step forward towards the great future. There Is Only One Thing, Either You Can Earn Or You Can Learn, There is no such word Failure Exist if we are trying.

Collaboration: This is the most vital skill and most ignored at the level of individualism because an individual thinks he /she is the best OR we are in a sort of competition, But Let Me Remind You " Life Is A Marathon Not Sprint" and in Marathon you have to take everyone along with you, there is a famous quote " If You Want To Go Fast Go Alone, But If You Want TO Go Far, Go Together". Learn how to collaborate on an individual level and you will see an abundance of opportunities will come under your lap sooner or later.

In the end what I believe that Future Will Be Bright, Who Sees An Opportunity During These Times And Disasteress For Those Who Resist Change.
