...(and deliver superior “solutions”, forms, applications, and approaches)


When I stopped following what I was taught by marketing and sales coaches, especially the ones who guided me to market JUST LIKE THEM and their other clients, which you see too often today...


And - instead - started talking about my work the way I value and see it, I immediately started to create new space for myself and experience a huge change in how I *represented* my work and the clients I signed — not to mention RECEIVING a higher investment value for my work.


Yes, believe it or not, working within the context of money doesn’t magically lead to (higher paying) clients or those who are genuinely ready to take their interpersonal relationship to money seriously. Quite the opposite. My work goes into entirely different territory than most (money) work, in general, and I wanted to represent that which I was often guided away to do. Especially when most people advertise some form of money making no matter what they do ??


I then extended this to my clients with excellent results.


We often see posts that talk about "being more visible" or "finding your voice" and I truly believe it starts with understanding what you actually have to say...with gravity.


Your Singular (Genius) Work has everything to do with giving your voice form in the world IN THIS LIFETIME and why it's important to truly understand its distinction.


Your singular gifts/lens as well as your history, experience, education/training , and knowledge have everything to do with informing and developing Your Singular (Genius) Work, and too many people are missing the opportunity to share it.


I’m always listening for this.


Do I “hear” their voice in this work? Or is it yet another parrot. It can feel challenging in the online space, but it doesn’t have to be.


The answer is there, in Your Singular Work.


It goes beyond just what you do.


That is from where the true resonance of your voice is, IF you are ready and willing to ((look)).


My singular approach and process supports what I both see missing and what I and so many high performing creatives and business leaders actually need — BEYOND just making more money — when it comes to this very complex, critical and nuanced topic.


Because you know to financially support your critical work or business, it takes more than just making money.


??It requires being able to manage and handle larger quantities of money.

??It requires making confident financial decisions: knowing and managing your risk levels.

??It requires expanding your interpersonal capacity to ask and receive more money without feeling a need to compromise on your work and/or who you serve,lose authority of your work, or fall into needing to prove or convince others of your value.

??Allow for business growth and innovation that can get stifled if you are in “survival mode” and *only* focused on making money

??Debt that can eclipse earnings, despite making $6+ figures — it’s a big distraction and also very common. There is a deeper unseen (unconscious) cause playing out.

??Start thinking longer term both creatively and financially which lead to true financial wealth (savings+ investments).

??Get to the root of toxic relationships involving money which can cause repeated refunds, disrespectful clients, business dissolution, bad partner dynamics.

??General discomfort that money causes when it comes to making decisions and leading your work, life, and business.


I wasn't in dire financial straits when I was on my own search over 10 years ago; I had savings, very low debt, and my income was decent.


I understood finance and accounting -- I skipped 3 grades in math which I only mention to highlight an important point: I understood numbers and abstraction.


I was a hard worker who understood the value and power of setting goals/intentions and taking the actions to make things happen.


I often did things that terrified people because I was so gung-ho on reaching my goals, except I was given a rude awakening.


I was brilliant at “attracting” opportunities but I was even more brilliant at destroying them. I was secretly terrified of being seen in a bigger light.


And mindset (top-down/brain based approaches): affirmations, incantations, meditation, NLP, visualizations was NOT cutting it, AT ALL.


It only kept me more in my head.


I had daily panic attacks to point of being borderline agoraphobic.


It was not an issue of knowledge, information, or will.


I had not taken a vacation or seen my family in 4 years. I was terrified to leave NYC because of some irrational fear I would get fired or something would happen if I did, which didn't make sense as I had never been fired and, if anything, my bosses were highly reliant on me.


And later, panic attacks began to strike when I made the transition to freelancing full time.


I was terrified of money conversations or expressing my needs or desires when it came to the professional context.


Over worked and over functioning.

Chain smoking waif.

OCD: constantly replaying conversations in my head, checking and re-checking my work and awaiting responses of approval; afraid to be wrong or afraid to challenge those I knew were.


I lived a double life.


I was the confident scenester by night, getting written up in the NY Times for my downtown techno parties and rubbing shoulders with the who's who, and a meek mouse by day.


I was fragmented and stressed.


But it's not enough to just talk about it OR write "interesting" content, especially since it's too easy these days to pull from books and other people's content in order to sound "smart" or "relevant". I see it too often and why I pay very close attention.


The distinguishing factor is ALWAYS the application, especially after investing many times over.


This how you actually demonstrate true influence.


It’s also the part of business most don’t talk about: the back end.


And this has everything to do with you.


Many people are not allowing themselves to fully develop their singular work.


Instead, they are keeping it SAFE; codependent on their mentors while admiring others for their bold and challenging insight.


And this has everything to do with your interpersonal dynamic to money.


The most scared are often those who rose to “the top” following another’s formula and way of being or expressing themselves. Even the same branding colors and language to match.


This is the most common and remarkable way people hide.


This is not for everyone.


The world is full of simulacrums for a reason, but I know there are those who value creating radical work that goes beyond *only* making more money.


That's why you went out on your own to begin, except it can be easy to forget when the role of money starts rearing its head.


Except, you also don’t see how *not* honoring Your Singular Work is actually costing you the most money and influence.


Which is why I approach the topic of money comprehensively, working at multi-levels: cognitive, nervous system, energy centers, emotional cellular, addressing *each* part of your money and your interpersonal dynamic to Your Singular Work.


Your interpersonal dynamic to money can cause you to compromise Your Singular Work in ways you don't see and also why you are not making desired changes.


It's not going to happen with another strategy.


You know success is not just about money, but actualizing work that truly *demonstrates* true influence.


The same is true for you when it comes to Your Singular (Genius) Work.


It's NOT about opining. This is about your singular lens and how you see things while ALSO having an applied, intentional and profound process and approach that supports your clients' desired ends (aka results, experience, forms).


It's one thing to talk about sales and signing clients or financial opportunities, it's another to talk about changing the scope of your industry and how things are done while developing new ways of thinking/seeing, especially if you are ready for that next phase in business and expanding your presence.


Otherwise, you are right back to JUST making money and being another ________.


The future belongs to not only those who can see it, but to those sharing AND applying solutions, visions, and direction.


Otherwise, it’s more of the same.


Future humans are what we need.


They are the true mystics of the world.
