The future of...

Dear friends,

To start with the words of Dan Goldin , this morning I woke up with a great feeling that something big is in the air. Something like an Epiphany that is about to emerge.

Like a decade ago when I started my consulting and interim services aimed at bringing expectations, contribution and technology in sync.

It is easier to talk in images?

See the whole as your company, the stakeholders, the associates in your eco-system.

The people I worked with, were astonished as they are today to talk about expectations and the contribution that is required to accomplish a well balanced environment.

Working with people is about clear communication. Expressing expectations in a 360 degree vision. Plain and simple.

The true north, the North star or purpose of existence, starts when there are multiple people in a room. It starts with: why are you here, what can you contribute? An awkward moment, to ask this to each member of a project team, yes- even a blue collar worker which is in the same room as the CEO. Please imagine you are also part of the team. What is your answer?

Work, is not a role-play, it is about developing talents, using skills.

By leaving common ground, being exposed to the unexpected, a simple honest question, we can find our true selves.

Forget about the negative image we have inside, the one that keeps telling us about the mistakes and failures of the past. This is what keeps us from growing, from moving forward.
