This week, we’re going to take a step back and relax—or at least I, your soul, and your parts will be. As for you, well… you’ll be working hard to understand your story. But don’t worry; this edition is going to be shorter and gentler than the others.


Your Task

  1. Take a few deep breaths. Seriously, inhale slowly… and exhale just as slow. Let the tension melt away.
  2. Find a comfy spot. Whether it’s your bed, a cozy chair, or even a sunny patch on the floor—get comfortable.
  3. Think back on your life story. Reflect on everything that’s happened to you. Don’t worry if some parts feel blurry or forgotten—it’s okay. You can always revisit later.
  4. Forgive your story. Forgive it for the pain, the challenges, and the struggles. It wasn’t perfect, but it’s brought you here.
  5. Remember the good. Take a moment to think about all the good things your story has given you—the joy, the love, the triumphs, and the lessons.
  6. Earn your nap. If you can reflect on your story with forgiveness and gratitude, you’ve earned a rest. Go ahead—sleep. You deserve it.


When you wake up, your story, parts, and soul will be waiting for you with open arms. And I’ll see you in a week, ready for the next chapter of understanding.
