?Whilst working with an MSP, Socoro Head of Product, Rebecca Kennedy, was supplied with a brief to address the significant changes occurring in their industry, adversely affecting their business processes, leading to undesirable client situations and costly loss of business.

Generating visibility for their clients and realigning shared responsibility for the data and systems between the MSP and their client, would overcome their business challenges.

Discovering no existing product in the market able to provide such a transparent platform, Rebecca launched a tech start up business – Socoro – to facilitate the design and development of Fusion MSP.

By immersing themselves in the MSP’s business systems and processes, Socoro were able to discover their pain points and roadblocks; understand fully the desired outcomes and build a strong partnership with their client.

Strong preparation and use of Agile Methodology - regular engagement and consultation with the stakeholders for their perspective and feedback - enabled Socoro to present an all-encompassing solution to strengthen the MSP’s service offering and profitability.
