Isn’t that the point of training? We call it Be, Do, Have.?
Be: You’re selected to attend training because there’s a skill to learn that will (hopefully) accelerate your career trajectory. It’s up to you to “be” in the moment.
Do: The training encompasses a few intense days of learning and practice – lots of practice! By “doing” you increase your familiarity and confidence. Roll up your sleeves!
Have: You finish the session with new knowledge and skills that can be applied immediately. “Have” the win. You’re on your way!
When you think about it, everything in life has a Be, Do, Have aspect to it.
