Further Harassment from Allianz-LV=
Update: 16-02-2024:
Allianz CEO, Colm Holmes, contacted via email advising of the bullying and harassment and supplying evidence.
No reply received from him, only HR who did not understand the email that was sent to the CEO.
Another example of a lack of support from management and NO apology for the way I have been treated.
If the CEO can ignore you this shows what the company is like as the management methods always come from the top!
Is this acceptable after being sacked 6 months ago from mental health

Reference social media comments.
Please can you forward the evidence where I have called LV staff wankers and Tossers as I have searched my posts and been unable to find them.
Once you have directed me to them or forwarded the evidence then I will place a public apology on the social media sites and delete the relevant posts if I have offended these people.
Looking after customers
This statement is factual as customers come first. This was always the motto from the complaints department when I dealt with the CRU on many occasions. Customers who made complaints ended up with a compensation pay-out. I have never had any compensation for my abuse so this proves my point. Once you have worked on the frontline I think you would have got an understanding of how employees feel. Even recently a retired employee received £75 over a complaint about Autoglass. This was dealt by Majid in the CRU department.

Please can you again advise the posts where the names have been mentioned or employees have been identified. There are no identifying names in my posts.
As before the posts will be edited and a public apology will be posted.
Regarding back stabbing. It is common knowledge in LV that you had to, jokingly, wear an anti-stab vest due to the friction between different departments. It became a joke especially in engineering.
I personally feel, in my opinion, that Mr Routley stabbed me in the back (expression) over my dismissal as he was treated as more of a friend than a work colleague. On support days my partner fed and gave him refreshments. We even invited him for an evening meal so he did not feel lonely in a town he had not visited before. He basically hurt my trust and feelings about him.
Exec board and money.
This was actually advised by Mr Steve Russell from the Bristol office back in 2016 He sent round a press statement advising what had happened to the money within LV. At the time ALL employees were informed to reel in costs and all parties, fuel cost rises etc. were cancelled due to financial issues. There is no allegation of theft whatsoever so please retract your comment.

From 2016 morale within the company fell considerably. This was also seen in the high turnover of claims staff. If you worked on the front line of LV you would have seen and felt the low morale.
No support from management
As my grievance for Bullying and Harassment WAS upheld by you, the management gave me no support and NO apology for the way I was treated like a criminal. I advised Diana Nelson of the way I felt in one of the interviews. To date still NO apology received and my issues were swept under the carpet. If you give me examples of the support I received please advise me and I will retract my statement.
Regarding no support from management:
Chris Payne: He did not keep updated of the informal grievance. It was me that had to keep phoning him for updates. He never bothered with me over the formal grievance. He also never checked on my welfare and the biggest issue is that he NEVER offered any apology for the bullying and harassment I endured from his manager’s actions. On May 13th 2022 Mr Payne was advised in a meeting with the field engineers about the bullying and harassment from Don Mackenzie especially during the lockdown of 2020. No action was taken and it was difficult for each engineer to discuss personally with Mr Payne as they were frightened of losing their job. Based on what has happened to me this now becomes a fact.
Don Mackenzie: He was the engineering manager. He was the aggressor in my issues. I did have respect for him however that was destroyed in July 2022. He was not capable of offering any managerial support, just abuse. Again NO apology ever given.
Michael Routley: He phoned me every week up until 9th February 2023. On every call he could not offer me any solution to my issues. He knew about the bullying and harassment, and the fact that it was being swept under the carpet, but could offer me no support or solution as his hands were tied. Again no apology given and since dismissal all respect lost as he was tied to the company line. He knew what Don Mackenzie was like but was happy for him to carry on his reign of terror. This quote is actually from another engineering manager from another insurance company. This is proof of Don Mackenzie’s way of managing.
Even Michael Routley endured the wrath of Don Mackenzie as he advised me that he left a phone conversation after receiving verbal abuse from Don Mackenzie. He told Don to shove his job up his arse. Michael Routley had the following day off (4th March) as it was the day of supplying the bonus amounts in 2022. This incident, in theory, was another stab in the back as he knew that Don Mackenzie was capable of bullying but did NOTHING about it.
On huddle calls if challenges were made then the engineer was threatened with a P45. This happened to an engineer after challenging Mr Routley. (Evidence can be supplied)
Brian Hodge: He was contacted directly. I was totally ignored by him. No acknowledgement and No apology for the way I was abused.
Steve Treloar: He was contacted on many occasions. I was fobbed off by him even though he knew about the bullying (Direct message via LinkedIn). Again no apology for the abuse I endured during my employment.
Martin Milliner: I contacted him via email and supplied evidence of the bullying and harassment along with a copy of the medical report. Again I was ignored, never contacted or even acknowledged.
So please, in light of the above examples, show me where the support from management came from.
Even though the bullying and harassment was PROVED on the formal grievance appeal, no apology was ever given from the above management OR anyone at LV= including the HR department.
Company Car
LV used to lease cars for the engineers. This stopped after 2016 and all the company cars went on a rolling monthly hire agreement. This gave the engineers an impression that you could be got rid of at any time. This was another reason for the low morale within the department.

The Enterprise cars were changed at a short notice and in many cases the cars supplied did NOT give enough fuel return to allow the engineer to break even on fuel expenses. This was brought up in an engineer’s meeting and Don Mackenzie advised everyone that they were lucky to have a job!
The hire cars were poorly maintained and in some cases bordering on unroadworthy.
One engineer, who has moved on to a management company, was out of pocket £30 per week on his expenses. He even had to threaten to leave to get LV to sort his fuel cost issues.
At one point I had to change my car 4 times as the fuel was costing me out of my own pocket.
Sacked due to mental health.
I was actually sacked/dismissed due to mental health issues. I appreciate that I did not take up my original position of engineer in LV but due to the FACTUAL evidence from Dr Brenners report, paid for by you, I was unable to return to work in any position or in my career due to issues caused by LV. As stated this is factual evidence so please do not test my patience.
Please read below an excerpt from the decision letter from Mr Routley sent to me on the 30th June 2023:
Decision
?In view of the medical advice, our discussions during the hearing, the fact that you have stated that you are unable to return to your current role at LV regardless of any adjustments and the fact that we agreed that there are no suitable alternative roles available within the business, it was felt that there was no alternative but to dismiss you on grounds of capability due to ill health.
?
I think you will find that this is a fact of the dismissal due to mental health.
Mr Routley ALSO quoted Dr Brenners report with regards the reasons but LV failed to recognise that they caused my issues even though it is a fact on his report.
To date I am not in employment and unable to get any employment due to my issues and history with LV.
Please refer to the medical report for confirmation.
I was advised that my position was still available. What has become apparent is that my position has not been advertised in my area but has been in other areas. Even a relation of Chris Payne was advised that a replacement engineer was not going to be employed in my area. This proves that my job role in my area was redundant and I was to be changed to a desktop engineer.

Since my dismissal I have endured harassment on social media from the person named above.
Can you confirm that you will be writing to him and advising him to stop the harassment?
He is the reason for my breakdown and suicide attempts last year.
Defamatory comments
Please can you advise the relevant defamatory comments so these can be removed and again a public apology will be issued. Defamatory comments are normally made up. My comments are factually based as proved in this reply.
Opinions
I appreciate that you do not mind me airing my opinions however my opinions are factual and backed up with physical evidence as can be seen in my replies. I am happy to provide you the evidence again as I have sent it to many management and HR staff on many occasions.
Duty of care
I am shocked to read that in your comments. Where was the duty of care towards me when your employee was bullying and harassing me?
Moving on no names will be mentioned, unless factual, as I do not believe I have mentioned any, but my facts regarding the Bullying, Harassment and the way I was treated will be put out on social media where applicable.
Please note I have been contacted by other ex-employees of LV, one which is a protected characteristic, that have had the same exact issues with HR and the management team. I am happy to release their names after gaining the relevant permissions.
If my case had been dealt with on a professional basis, bearing in mind I had an unblemished career with LV and the fact that you had a professional medical report stating that LV was the cause of my mental breakdown then we would not be in this situation.
If you had offered me a compensation package, as stated by Diana Nelson in an email dated 21-02-2023 6.39am which she advised that she was not looking into compensation until my health improves, for the problems that LV have caused (advised by medical report and confirmed by Mr Routley in my dismissal notice), then I would have been happy to sign a NDA and delete all social media accounts, file notes and call recordings.
I am shocked that you have the nerve to contact me and threaten me considering the 9 months of sheer hell that you put me through and are still putting me through to this date some 6 months after dismissal due to ill health (mental)
Do you contact customers who have expressed negative opinions about LV.? I think not…….
I await your reply so I can issue the necessary apologies to anyone I have offended.
If I do not receive a reply in 7 days, your letter in its entirety, with this reply will be attached to my social media posts as it just confirms further harassment from LV and the continued effect on my already fragile mental health due to you and your company.
If you look through the past communications you always manage to ruin my weekends by contacting me on Friday afternoons, again this is ongoing mental abuse from LV.
If you have been watching Mr Bates v The Post Office, be prepared for Mr Savage v LV= as the similarities of treatment are scary and upsetting based on my experience with LV=.

Typical of the motor repair industry, where work providers dictate on every level. Who’s in charge?? I wish you well Peter with your endeavours. ??
