Having taken time off this spring and early summer after almost five years in an XR start-up and after twenty years with six other tech start-ups, Riverbed, Coverity, Vyatta, SimpliVity, Viptela, and VeloCloud, all with a European or EMEA sales leadership position, I am ready to re-engage with the tech industry. My goal is to either join a fast-paced start-up/scale out in an EMEA leadership role or pursue a more fractional consultative role where I can leverage my extensive experience to help new companies scale rapidly. I aim to assist these companies by mentoring and facilitating challenging early customer acquisitions and by building the critical channels necessary for fast and profitable growth.

Throughout my career, I have amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience that will be invaluable to new companies. This experience positions me well to help fast-track the early stages of growth, whether it be Series A, B, or C funding rounds. My reputation for building early-stage businesses, hiring, growing, and mentoring high-performance sales and technical teams is well-established. These teams can replicate the necessary field resources to sustain, develop, and scale such dynamic businesses, ultimately adding significant value. At these early stages, this value can be measured in hundreds of millions of dollars or more of real, sustainable value creation.

In a consultative capacity, I can provide strategic guidance and practical support to help companies navigate the complexities of scaling their operations. My approach involves not only providing mentorship but also actively participating in the early stages of customer acquisition and channel development. This hands-on involvement ensures that the companies I work with can achieve rapid and sustainable growth.

By building and mentoring high-performance teams, I have helped these companies achieve significant milestones and create substantial value.
