Fundraising Strategy On A Post-It Note

Helping charities to use LinkedIn to fundraise from high value partners
I was challenged a few weeks ago to fit a fundraising strategy onto a post-it note (love my job).
A Development Director wanted to stick a post-it note on her computer to remind her what her focus should be.
I came up with:
- S to P
- P to L
- L to D
- D to DA (R)
which translates to:
- Suspect to Prospect
- Prospect to Lead
- Lead to Donor
- Donor to Donor Asker (referrals).
Soooo, when your inbox fills up with the "reply all" emails, your diary is crammed with those reoccurring (internal) meetings and your to-do list wants another internal report produced....Perhaps, a reminder that if you're not working towards your own; S to P, P to L, L to D and D to DA - you're NOT working on your fundraising success....clearly.
Go ahead pop it on a post-it note and stick it up.
OR if you would like a copy of my “Fundraising Strategy On A Page" (template) – download a free copy HERE . It’s the sequence I base my course on when I teach senior fundraisers and charity leaders how to grow their fundraising income without growing their staff base or their existing resources.
