Dear Biz-Latvia Members,

I hope this message finds you well. As active participants in our vibrant international business community, we share a common goal of growing our networks and fostering meaningful connections. Over the years, we've experimented with various approaches to achieve this, and it's clear that participation is the key to success.

While the majority of our members engage and thrive, some have yet to experience the incredible benefits of active involvement. If you find that non-participation isn't working for you, I invite you to join us in an exciting venture that not only enhances your network but also makes a positive impact on a global scale.

We all recognize the power of collaboration and the joy of connecting with others. To transform Biz-Latvia from a great international network into an influential force, we need a collective project that unites us. That's why I propose an international fundraiser – a fantastic opportunity for skill development, community building, and personal and professional growth.

Imagine the impact we could make by supporting new and growing NGOs in Ukraine. These brave individuals are working tirelessly for their country, but they need our assistance to raise awareness, create legal structures, and combat scammers. Together, we can create something meaningful that scammers will run away from and hardworking people will embrace.

Beyond raising funds, this initiative is about raising awareness and developing meaningful connections within our business sectors. Fundraisers provide an excellent reason to engage with people we might not have connected with otherwise, opening doors for collaboration and relationship building.

Moreover, this project presents a unique learning opportunity. The process of setting up the necessary structures for fundraising, such as paperwork and bank accounts, can be an invaluable experience for those interested in establishing businesses in other countries.

I envision a "People for People Project" that not only addresses a pressing issue but also encourages us to get more organized. This could involve reviving our E-magazine and establishing a network of private websites free of censorship, allowing us to share our thoughts and ideas more freely.

While LinkedIn is a powerful platform for broadcasting ideas, true networking goes beyond the virtual space. It requires real-world interactions and the creation of something meaningful together. We're fortunate to have a group of exceptional individuals in Biz-Latvia, and together, we can embark on an exciting adventure.
