Funding restructure paves the way for Harkwell’s diversification push
Our Print team has restructured all Harkwell’s existing finance facilities, effectively opening the door for the firm to achieve their strategic aim of entering the packaging and pouches market.
The new Hire Purchase facility has provided Harkwell – who specialise in digital label production for the various industries - with substantial monthly savings and a cash boost to fund their push into new markets.?
Based in Poole and founded nearly two decades ago, Harkwell is a family run label and flexible packaging company. Using cutting edge technology and in-house expertise, the team has become one of the industry’s finest in label and pouch solutions.

Daisy Price, Area Sales Manager at Close Brothers Asset Finance Finance’s Print division, said: “Restructuring finance facilities is a really effective way for firms to both save money and free up cash to invest in their businesses – our own research tells us 76% of Print and Packaging enterprises plan to seek funding for investment in 2024.
“We worked closely with the team at Harkwell to understand what they wanted to achieve and offered them a solution we felt would suit them, which I’m delighted they accepted.”
