Saxon Spencer Capital Funds $4,000,000 refinance in Miami Beach, Florida. Subject Property is a luxury residential home located on Pinetree Drive. Due to financial restrictions the previous lender had failed to advance funding for completion of the Subject Property. Saxon Spencer Capital paid off $2,800,000 current debt and provided $1,000,000 to complete construction. Balance of the funds were applied towards closing costs, fees and interest reserves. A managed account has been setup for biweekly draws. Borrower has many years of experience and is a repeat client. Borrower intends to sell the property. Loan closed in 14-days.
