Design is the transmission of ideas through functionality

Most of the time, when the topic of ''Design'' comes into discussion, looks and physical attributes are the only main subjects ignoring the question of what it does.

At Werner Works, our approach is to identify problems and find solutions through our Design. 

The approach, although might seem straight-forward involves quite a few processes- Background research, Brainstorming ideas, development work, building prototypes, testing and re-testing. Unlike analytical thinking, Design Thinking includes building up ideas with few or no limits. Typical thinking processes begin by stating a hypothesis and then continues iteratively to form a theory but Design Thinking differs from this by including consideration of the emotional content of the situation. 

 The phrase ''thinking outside the box'' has been dubbed one of the best brainstorming tactics and although this is encouraged, at Werner we take it further and also think what we can do ''inside the box''
