Material Expert 材料专家
Academic: Doctoral degree
学历要求：博士学历
Responsibility:
1.According to the company's strategic plan, lead the team to carry out topic selection, project establishment, R&D and production of new polymer materials. Responsible for the development and optimization of polyamide polymerization technology, development and application of engineering plastics, etc.
2. Familiar with the development trend of new materials, and have a good understanding of the downstream applications of materials;Grasp the direction of the company's new material development and make suggestions.

Biological fermentation expert 生物发酵专家
Academic: Doctoral degree
学历要求：博士学历
Responsibility:
1. According to the company's strategic plan, lead the team to carry out the topic selection, project approval, research and development and production of biological fermentation projects.?Responsible for Vitamin fermentation optimization and downstream product development.
2. Grasp the direction of the company's biological fermentation product development and make suggestions.
3.Possess working experience in developing vitamin-related products in a benchmarking company, like DSM/BASF or other famous synthetic biology companies.

Position 3:
Mixer Design Specialist 搅拌器设计专家
Academic: Doctoral degree
学历要求：博士学历
Responsibility:
1. Proficient in fluid mixing and stirring analysis: able to build various experimental instruments such as comprehensive test bench, stirring comparison test bench, PIV particle imaging instrument, etc., and can measure and analyze various parameters of the agitator.
2.Proficient in CFD and FEA calculation software, able to simulate and analyze the flow field form of the equipment, and can conduct mixing simulation tests according to customer requirements.
3. able to analyze the flow field in the mixing equipment, calculate the torque on the mixing impeller, analyze the shape of the flow field in the mixing equipment, and analyze the gas content, etc.
4. Have working experience in benchmarking enterprises,like EKATO in Germany or Satake in Japan.
5. English can be used as working language.
职责要求：
1.熟练进行流体混合与搅拌分析，能搭建综合试验台、搅拌比对试验台、PIV粒子成像仪器等各类实验仪器，可以对搅拌器的各项参数进行测定分析；
2.熟练掌握CFD和FEA计算软件，能够对设备的流场形式进行模拟分析，可以根据客户要求进行搅拌模拟试验。
3. 可以对搅拌设备内的流场进行分析，可以计算出搅拌叶轮上的扭矩，可以分析出搅拌设备内流场的形态，可以分析气体的含量等等
4.具有在标杆企业德国EKATO或日本佐竹公司从事相关产品开发的工作经验；

Chemical intrinsic safety expert 化工本质安全专家
Academic: Doctoral degree
学历要求：博士学历
Responsibility:
1.According to the requirements of research and development topics and projects, carry out parameter estimation, testing and research work such as reaction thermodynamics, reaction kinetics, material stability, safety release, process combustion and explosion characteristics, chemical compatibility, etc.,and obtain relevant basic data, and carry out process safety and combustion explosion risk assessment;?Optimize the more dangerous processes and propose solutions or solutions.
2.Introduce, promote, and develop new safety assessment methods, expand chemical and chemical safety assessment systems and practical applications, combine chemical process simulation with safety assessment systems, and establish relevant models in the safety assessment process. Familiar with chemical process safety analysis, including process heat calculation, kinetic calculation, and evaluation model establishment.

2. 引进、推广、开发新的安全评估方法，拓展化学化工安全评估体系及实际应用，将化工过程模拟和安全评估系统相结合，建立安全评估过程中的相关模型。熟悉化工过程安全分析，包括过程热测算、动力学的测算、评估模型的建立。
3.具有在标杆企业陶氏化学从事化工本质安全的工作经验；
4.英文可作为工作语言。
