Fun workplace visit.

One of the enjoyable aspects of being a Vistage Chair is visiting members at their workplaces. Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting David van Vlierbergen, CFO and co-owner of Fernway, a manufacturer of high-end cannabis products. David recently joined the Vistage CEO Peer Advisory Board that I lead.

Fernway’s facility is state-of-the-art, with ample space to support their planned growth. The jar in the photo contains one of the raw materials used for manufacturing cannabis vape pen cartridges and has a value of about $15,000!
