Fun With AI Implementations

Fun With AI Implementations

Some of these recent generative AI implementations are great for generating checklists. It's relatively easy to catch any "hallucinations" with this format.

Always use the best logic and sophisticated behavioral analysis methods for AI implementations. They are habitually programmed and designed by people who avoid other humans when possible, except when arguing about almost everything in an ongoing exercise of mental domination and positioning.

This can produce socially maladjusted implementations.

Earth might be ready for this, but the human species only vaguely understands its own psychology. As a result, everything we build is just a tiny bit weird — or worse.

So — expect a continued acceleration of WEIRDNESS over the next several years. If you're not keeping up, you are, by definition, falling behind.

The THING chasing you will devour you. It's nothing personal because it's just a Force of Nature recently invented by heavily overpopulated and mostly irrational bipedal omnivorous mammalian pack predators.

No problem; you've got this. Everything that everyone is using against you also resides within you.

Use these powers. Those who hunger for your life are busy.

Surviving this is also a test of the integrity of Darwinian theories, which is a nice bonus for bean counters, philosophers, and those who derive purpose by howling on social media.

Goals Focus Energy

Anyway, the following checklist took about seven seconds to generate. I don't trust it yet, but it did save a bit of time:

Here's a checklist for migrating from Zoho One to Jira (Atlassian) for a virtual solopreneur digital marketing and online training agency, as described in the previous response:

Pre-Migration Preparation:

- [ ] Evaluate the current project management needs and future growth plans to determine the right timing for migration.

- [ ] Research and compare Jira's pricing plans and features to find the best fit for your agency's requirements.

- [ ] Identify key stakeholders and assign a migration team or project manager to oversee the process.

- [ ] Communicate the migration plan and timeline to all team members and clients, if applicable.

- [ ] Provide training resources or schedule training sessions for team members to learn Jira's interface and features.

Data Migration:

- [ ] Export project data, task lists, and any relevant information from Zoho One.

- [ ] Map data fields and structures from Zoho One to Jira's project management structure.

- [ ] Import or manually transfer project data, task lists, and relevant information into Jira.

- [ ] Verify data integrity and ensure all necessary information has been migrated correctly.

Configuration and Customization:

- [ ] Set up Jira's project management structure, workflows, and custom fields to match your agency's processes.

- [ ] Configure user permissions, access controls, and team structures in Jira.

- [ ] Integrate Jira with other tools and services your agency uses, such as version control systems, communication platforms, and project reporting tools.

- [ ] Customize Jira's interface, dashboards, and reports to suit your agency's preferences and requirements.

Testing and Validation:

- [ ] Create test projects and simulate real-world scenarios to ensure Jira's configuration and customizations are working as expected.

- [ ] Identify and address any issues or gaps in functionality before fully migrating live projects.

- [ ] Conduct user acceptance testing with team members to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.

Go-Live and Support:

- [ ] Schedule a go-live date for the migration to Jira and communicate it to all stakeholders.

- [ ] Provide ongoing training and support resources for team members to ensure a smooth transition and effective utilization of Jira.

- [ ] Monitor the migration process and address any issues or concerns that arise during the initial phase of using Jira.

- [ ] Gather feedback from team members and make necessary adjustments or optimizations to Jira's setup and processes.

Post-Migration Review:

- [ ] Evaluate the success of the migration and identify areas for improvement.

- [ ] Collect feedback from team members and clients (if applicable) on their experience with Jira.

- [ ] Develop a plan for continuous improvement and optimization of Jira's configuration and processes based on feedback and evolving needs.

- [ ] Stay updated with Jira's new features and updates to take advantage of any enhancements that could benefit your agency.

Have fun and thrive! ????
