(Warning: failure will be revealed!)
As a web and consulting professional, I take a lot of pride in creating the best possible solution for our clients.
Today, I'm going to talk about that pink elephant in my mental "room" - Website page load speed!
In the back of my mind, I knew there was an issue. But I kept telling myself - oh, I've added X or I've updated Y and those things will help.
Except... they didn't. The sites were slow. Some were very very slow.
In the first hour after migrating to a better, faster, more secure host, the sites are loading in less than 3 seconds. (I'd have to label my previous mindset as epic fail!) I don't want to admit how long it took them to load earlier. It was more than 5 seconds. Fine - a couple of them took 10 seconds! Eeek!
Did I mention that I'm thankful for our new web hosting company?
Do you need a website checkup? Are your customers bouncing from your website because it is too slow? I absolutely hate the idea that I'm wasting my website visitors' time with slow page loads!
I'm happy to report that our customers no longer have that issue thanks to a new partner relationship with Flywheel. Phew!
