The movie presents the full procedure of colorectal and ileocolic resections for bifocal occlusive deep endometriosis.

The 43-year-old patient also presents with a 4 cm large deep endometriosis of the bladder, which was asymptomatic; for this reason we did not performed excision of this lesions, in order to reduce the risk for postoperative complications.

The surgery was performed by Prof Horace Roman at the Clinique Tivoli-Ducos, Bordeaux, France, with comments in English .
