A rapidly growing recruitment firm with nine offices across the Midlands and North West England has been shortlisted for a prestigious national award. Swift Temps was founded in 2016 when Redditch born entrepreneur Damian Lee left his Senior Recruitment role in Birmingham to launch Swift Temps, at the time using his home as collateral.

Working alongside business partners, David Cottington and Ross Wright , Mr.Lee's initial risk paid off and the company now has nine offices across the West Midlands and North West England with offices in Redditch, Oldbury, Telford, Coventry, Manchester, St Helens, Preston, Deeside and Wakefield. As a result of the company’s incredible growth, candidate care and commitment to servicing clients, Swift Temps have been shortlisted for the ‘Best Temporary Recruitment Agency’ award by industry body, Recruiter Magazine . Swift Temps specialises in placing temporary workers in industrial, administrative and engineering positions and last year opened a brand-new Head Quarters in Moons Moat, Redditch. The new Head Quarters created twelve new jobs, with further jobs created at their new Coventry, Wakefiled, Preston and Telford offices.

The company have reached the final shortlist for the award with the overall decision being announced at a luxurious awards ceremony at Grosvenor House in London on Thursday 28th September 2023.
