- Lead and Collaborate: Build and lead the development team, working closely with the founders and team members to achieve the company's vision and mission.
- Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain our web application using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Database Architecture: Develop and maintain robust database architectures, ensuring efficiency and optimization.
- Optimization: Ensure the application’s performance, scalability, and security.
- Deployment: Deploy websites onto servers using CPanel, with a strong understanding of deployment and scaling.
- Technical Skills:Strong experience with MERN stack development (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).Familiarity with PHP is highly preferable.Experience in building web applications from scratch.Strong understanding of database architecture and optimization.Knowledge of cloud computing, deployment, and scaling.Mandatory familiarity with CPanel for website deployment.
