FULL STACK DEVELOPER ( Mid Level)

We have an exciting new position for a Mid Level Full Stack Developer to join a talented team within a vibrant Marketing Agency.
The Full Stack Developer will be assisting the Dev team to scope and build a range of Digital and Web based projects using a range of modern PHP frameworks , libraries and tools.
We are looking for someone who has a good working knowledge of code and is up to date with the latest web trends and standards, who can communicate ideas clearly to both the internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Development team in the build of both Digital and Web projects, and applications
- To work on the Front-end development across multiple devices, browsers and operating systems
- To work on medium to large scale bespoke back end development as required
- Collaborate and work with the Development Team to rectify issues, bugs and troubleshooting
- To assist the Client Service team to scope client tasks and projects and implement the work requested
- To both help and plan timescales for future projects as well as contribute ideas for future client projects
- To attend client meets when and as required
- To maintain tools and services required by the Dev team to include software requirement and servers
- Assist with any more junior members of the team to help improve skills
- To learn and consider new ideas from the Development team to implement and improve processes for the solutions delivered
Experience / Qualifications:
- A computer science degree
- 2+ years commercial experience
- Strong working knowledge of Html/CSS /Javascript/JQuery /PHP/MySql/Laravel and Wordpress
- Ability to support legacy systems and applications
- Good understanding of advanced programming concepts and techniques
- A good working knowledge of server environments and the relevant software that run with these
- Team player who can also work on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work to deadlines
- Passionate about Development and the ability to learn and progress
- A portfolio or github to show your code
This role can be fully remote but will need to attend meetings in Essex on a monthly basis.
