Full-funded Scholarships in Sweden for International Students

The Swedish government offers full-funded scholarships to foreign students to study postgraduate programs. Students selected under the Swedish Institute Scholarship for Global Professionals (SI Scholarship) will receive this scholarship. Students from 31 countries in the world can apply online for this scholarship.

The Swedish Institute (SI) offers scholarships for more than 750 master's programs. The duration of the postgraduate program on this fully funded scholarship can be one or two years. To apply for an SI scholarship, you must first apply for admission to a master's program in Sweden. If you get the scholarship, you must start your studies in the fall semester of 2025.

Scholarship Benefits

1. To pay 12 thousand Swedish kroner per month for living expenses;
2. Health insurance;
3. 15 thousand Swedish kroner grant for travel;
4. Opportunity to gain membership of the SI Network for Future Global Professionals and membership of the SI Alumni Network, which provides a chance to build a strong network;

Application Eligibility

• Must be a citizen of Bangladesh;
• Bachelor's degree and must be proficient in English language;
• Content and presentation of CV, motivation, references, etc. must be excellent;
• The postgraduate program applied for must be eligible for the SI Scholarship;
• You must have confirmed admission to a Swedish university and received an offer letter by January 2025.
• A previous Swedish university or college degree is not required to apply;

Necessary Documents

• CV (in the form prescribed by the Swedish Institute);
• Letters of reference (in the form prescribed by the Swedish Institute);
• Certificate of work experience and leadership (in the form prescribed by the Swedish Institute);
• Copy of valid passport and national identity card;
• Motivational letter;
