I am awaiting a letter which I should receive today. This letter states that I was FULLY DISCHARGED from mental health services around 4 years ago. I have officially requested a copy of this letter and have had an email stating that my request should be actioned today. I have found this partial scan of the letter, As you can imagine, it is extremely important. I was FULLY DISCHARGED 4 years ago - I should not have been treated by Mental Health Services for the last 4 years or so.

I'll keep you posted!!!
