FULL AUTOMATED ELEVATOR - Stacked beer kegs?
Our elevator is designed to support one labeler, featuring variable height positioning, with a maximum range of 1500mm/59.05". Fast vertical movement system by a reinforced sliding rails. This rails is equipped with a self-aligning ball bearings with linear motion on electrical axes. Safety system with counterweights on steel cables, and safety switches on ropes and toothed belts are available.
WHEN CAN IT BE USED?

Once received the signal "pallet in position", the elevator lifts the print apply in the correct height thanks to a laser measuring sensor .
At this point the labeller applies the label on the product. The right position of the label on the product is verified by a label sensor. In case of failure reading (e.g. barcode not readable), the labelling process will be repeated.
The unit could be positioned inside a safety protection cabinet with air conditioned or heating system options. The automatic window opens at the begin of the labelling process and closes at the end of it.
