MACHINE FACILITATION
PolarSeal has extensive facilities to laminate self-adhesive materialssuch as surgical film onto a huge variety of other substrates thusenabling us to supply you with tape or die cuts constructed to yourunique specification. The diversity of PolarSeal’s machinery allows us tomanufacture and design products not available in any standardproduct range. These may include differential adhesives, specialadhesives and thicknesses, strip or zone lamination.
Adhesive types include acrylic, rubber based, synthetic, thermosetting,silicone and hypo allergenic.
The ability to produce laminated products up to 1600mm wide givesPolarSeal great flexibility, allowing a vast range of standard, pre-approved and specialised substrates to be configured

MULTI-ZONE LAMINATION
Multi-Zone lamination is frequently usedto provide areas of non-adhesivematerial within a construction to aid inthe handling and application of yourproduct. This process may also be usedto provide narrow areas of adhesive fortemporary holding or placement of parts.
