Fulfilled vs. Successful (how to be both)

How fulfilled would you rate yourself on a scale of 1-10?
Think of 1 as feeling totally burnt-out and empty inside, and 10 as your most grounded & purposeful self.
Mine is currently an 8. What's your number?
In the work I do with high-performers I often notice they are driven by a constant need to DO more, to check off more items on the to-do list, to get better at X Y and Z, as if being more productive would make a meaningful difference in their life.
It's a never-ending battle, and feeling fulfilled is almost always just out of reach.
And yet these rockstar performers continue to sacrifice their health and wellbeing for the sake of productivity and success.
One of the excuses I often hear is "I know this lifestyle isn't good for me, but just I'm not ready to give up my success or career yet."
What I’ve learned is that finding deeper fulfillment won't necessarily cost you your success or performance.
IN FACT, focusing on fulfillment and getting aligned with your values often leads you to MORE success in the long run, by giving you more energy, helping you make difficult life decisions, and giving you a sense of purpose in the work that you do.
I'm sharing this because I know you can experience powerful transformations in your life and in your career just by living a more intentional and meaningful life.
When you live with purpose, you will start to see opportunities in your career popping up all over the place, and your quality of life improves dramatically.
On the flip-side, when you have no purpose, it's easy to get sucked into distraction and bad habits, not to mention all the procrastination, self-judgement, and lack of energy.
I'm here because I want to see you living your best life.. the kind of life that not only helps you, but helps you help others.
So, if you're feeling empty or burnt out, you might want to think about first getting connected to your meaning, your sense of purpose, rather than trying to increase your productivity another half a percent.
And if you're really serious about this, ask me about my latest masterclass on HOW to get connected to your meaningful life.
Much love,
Jeremy
