70% of the U.S.A population is either unhealthy overweight or obese! The U.K is not far behind being over 60%.
That means only 30% of people are in a healthy weight! Those statistics are scarily insane!

What is interesting, years and years ago way back in the caveman days it was said that they had a diet which was incredibly high in nutrients but very low in calories.
Meaning, it was easy for them to get the nutrients they needed in their body but they found it hard to get the amount of calories they needed in a day as you can imagine why.
Fast forward until now, the roles have reversed. We are find easy if not too easy to get the calories we need in a day and in most cases too many calories, but incredibly hard to get the nutrients our bodies needs
Nutrients helps keep the body functioning healthily and properly.
Here is the really interesting bit, when people become hungry your body is craving nutrition not partially food so when people fill their hunger with processed food they are only filling their belly up not their nutrition levels.
This is why you feel peckish very quickly after stuffing your face to the point where you can't eat anymore with something like a big processed pizza because you only filled your belly and you didn't increase your nutritional intake so your body is still craving nutrients (Vitamins & minerals).
When you stuff your self with healthy whole foods you are filling all your nutrient levels and that is why you feel fuller for longer. So when you see someone eat only a salad and they can go longer without eating is because they have top up their body with the good things.
If you want a little way of how you can transition spend the next 4 weeks trying this out and all you need to do is only consume things a caveman could eat. So anytime you put something in your month, think, could a caveman eat it. If the answer is yes you are good to go, if the answer is no then put it down and if you do this, you won't have to count any calories and I promise you will notice a huge difference.
