FuelCell Energy Recognizes National Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Day in the Fuel Cell State
As our countdown to National Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Day continues, today we celebrate the advancements in fuel cell technology and the role FuelCell Energy has played in the journey. Our Connecticut roots run deep, and we're proud to be at the forefront of clean energy innovation right here in our home state, known as the "Fuel Cell State."
FuelCell Energy's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Torrington, Connecticut, is where our cutting-edge molten carbonate fuel cell technology comes to life. This facility not only supports our mission to provide clean, efficient, and reliable energy solutions, but also contributes to Connecticut's innovative manufacturing economy.
Our Connecticut-manufactured products are making a global impact, being exported to countries worldwide. Most notably, FuelCell Energy's service agreement with Korea-based Gyeonggi Green Energy (GGE), which includes 42 1.4-megawatt fuel cell modules to power the Hwaseong Baran Industrial Complex, the world's largest fuel cell platform.
This international reach underscores the quality and reliability of our technology, as well as our commitment to providing sustainable energy solutions on a global scale.
Beyond our international presence, FuelCell Energy installations in California at the Port of Long Beach (Tri-gen) and at wastewater treatment plants in the state, and here at home in Bridgeport, Derby, and?New London, Connecticut, deliver clean, reliable energy to tens of thousands of homes and businesses.

In New London, FuelCell Energy's carbonate fuel cell platform supplies power to members of the Connecticut Municipal Electric Energy Cooperative, which includes the famous Neval Submarine Base that employs over 6,000 sailors and civilians. This project, which recently achieved a key milestone of maximum rate of output, contributes to the safety of the base, the men and women who work there, and its 10,000 daily visitors.
Last month, we had the honor of hosting the Connecticut Green Bank's Clean Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Manufacturing Tour at our Torrington location. Attendees included representatives from the Connecticut legislature, DEEP, DECD, and the University of Connecticut. It was an incredible opportunity to showcase our technology and our commitment to sustainability.
This year, FuelCell Energy celebrates a milestone of 55 years in operation in Connecticut -- growing from a four-person startup renting a small lab space in Danbury, to an international leader in clean energy solutions.

4 个月Hello , I wanted to post my concern about the the proposed reverse split. It should not pass and you should cancel the vote and figure out a way to grow organically. You have been in business with over 20 years and not able to return a profit for shareholders. A lot of investors have invested their hard earned money in this company while loosing the value now at 97% down. Please come up with a better strategy so we can all prosper.
