Fuel tanks for datacenters

CGH participated to a datacenter expo in Paris to promote their under and aboveground fuel tanks and highlight the advantages of flexible FOGS pipes.

A typical datacenter has an underground fuel storage capacity ranging from 300m3 to 800m3 to feed the emergency generator units. CGH – being the market leader in big storage tanks – supplies these with a size between 100 – 120m3 for datacenter projects.

The FOGS pipes are used as feed & return lines from the tanks to the generator rooms. They’re often installed in secondary ducts making it -just like our double skin steel tanks- a double wall system. We have dozen of references for these type of projects in Belgium, France and abroad.
