I’ve spent the last few years at Pickering Volkswagen in what I would consider one of the most challenging, yet rewarding roles I’ve undertaken to date. For as long as a I can remember I’ve always had a never ending fascination with cars and the automobile industry. Outside of my last careers, I typically spend my free time working on one project car or another. The most recent being a 92 Toyota Supra.

The last couple years I’ve spent as a brand specialist has flown by in what honestly feels like a blink of an eye. In my time here I have had the pleasure of helping hundreds of people just like you, get behind the wheel of the perfect Volkswagen. Pickering Volkswagen has been a family owned business for over 25 years, and last year was the first year we won the coveted Wolfsburgcrest club. I believe that was the result of both sales and service working harder than they ever had before to put all our customers first. I am proud to say that we are on track for the same award this year. I would say that is simply the result of each and every member of our team being on board to do better than they had yesterday, helping with anything our customers could possibly need. You may be wondering what this has to do with you; imagine visiting your local dealership and feeling like you’re visiting an old friend. Whether or not the staff member in-front of you knows you, every single customer is greeted with a smile and a genuine willingness to help, whether you’ve been our customer for one day or 10 years !
