FTW: For the Women!
Welcome to the March edition of Snowflake’s monthly newsletter! We've had a ton of fun celebrating International Women's Day (IWD) with our amazing Snowflake community all over the world.
Tokyo Snowflakes were rocking the purple-themed outfits like nobody's business, while Singapore Snowflakes gathered for lunch and some real talk on gender diversity in tech. Our Pune team even got an educational twist with a doc onsite to discuss women's health. Who says learning can't be fun, right?
Warsaw Snowflakes put a bow on the fifth edition of the Dare IT mentoring program, while Toronto Snowflakes hosted a joint event with AWS and local Women in Data Science with a panel all about personal and professional growth. And a big shoutout to Ali Tierney, SVP of Sales, EMEA, who was named one of 'twenty in data' by the organization 'Women in Data.’
San Mateo Snowflakes got together for a Women@Snowflake panel discussion on inclusion, career growth, success, and failure. And we're also thrilled to have hosted a Techbridge Girls STEM Connect Panel, with B-I-P-O-C women at Snowflake addressing 7th-to-9th grade girls from marginalized communities about STEM education.
And let's not forget our Q4 earnings report. Product revenue rose to 555.3 million, a 54% increase year over year. And our net revenue retention rate was 158%, the exact rate when we went public – pretty remarkable if we do say so ourselves! And this rocket ship keeps going with our 2023 growth plans, we expect to add more than 1,000 employees this year.?
