Frustration is a Good Thing

Frustration is a negative emotion however it can be a positive changer by wanting to remove the frustration. We can do this by asking Why until we get to the root cause. Only by getting to the root cause can we truly understand the source of the frustration. Then we can Challenge, Propose, Change.
