Frustrated Golfer? Spiritual Golfing Solutions.

This post is tailored for a friend of mine who's a frustrated golfer. While it's specific to golf, the principles discussed can be applied to any field to overcome frustration and achieve success. Having observed my husband's passion for golf and watched countless YouTube videos on the sport and worked with clients, I've gained insights that transcend beyond the fairways. Here are three initial solutions to consider:
1.????? Quantum Visioning
One of the most effective methods for rapidly improving golf performance is through quantum visioning. This involves tapping into the power of visualisation at a quantum level, where thoughts, feelings, sensations and intentions can influence reality. This technique is rooted in the idea that our thoughts and intentions can shape outcomes on a fundamental level through particle shifting.
How this works is an example is that around 25 years ago, during my initial foray into the spiritual realm at college, I was invited to observe a study conducted by a gym instructor. He demonstrated a fascinating experiment where two participants were involved over a 12-week period: one lifted physical weights while the other visualised lifting the weights. Remarkably, at the end of the study, the person who visualised was nearly as proficient at lifting the same weights as the one who actually did. This underscores the incredible power of visualisation. Where quantum comes in is that he didn’t include back then (as it wasn’t around) thinking about the quantum field around us and weaving in sensations, feelings and thoughts and shifting particles.
Now, where many individuals struggle with maintaining steady visualisation for an extended duration. For most, the challenge lies in sustaining focus; often, the mind drifts within mere seconds. The key to this technique lies in the ability to maintain a steady and unwavering focus on the desired outcome for prolonged periods all held in the quantum field.
Solution: Steady visioning in the quantum field
For golfers and especially those who practice at the same golf course, visualising the swing in every motion and envisioning where the ball will land on a specific hole is crucial, as is maintaining that vision for extended periods in the quantum field whilst weaving in thoughts, feelings and emotions. If you want to watch something cool on holding a vision, watch "The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar" on Netflix. That will show you how to hold a vision for a long period of time and the patience it takes. However, what's available to be able to make this faster and speed up the process that is exciting nowadays is the availability of virtual reality headsets. Using these headsets to undertake that type of exercise along with your desired swing and its outcome, while also sustaining that vision, represents a potent method for enhancing your golf game. In the realm of quantum physics, where everything is composed of particles, manipulating universal particles to align with the envisioned outcome is all that's needed. Virtual reality headsets provide a unique advantage in this regard.
2.????? Shame to the Shot Mindset
When I watch my husband's Golf YouTube videos, I often find myself remarking within 5 seconds of someone speaking, "that person's mindset is their problem." Whether they're complaining about the weather, a bad shot, a distraction on the course, or any number of other factors, it all comes down to mindset. When golfers start attaching shame to their shots, especially in the presence of others (their mates), it sets off a chain reaction. Expectations lead to frustrations, which in turn affect mindset. The pressure to perform perfectly, especially in a group setting, can magnify this effect, turning a simple mistake into a source of shame. This instant association of failure with shame only worsens mindset issues.
Mindset encompasses two main aspects: expectations and performance. While removing expectations entirely, as suggested in some ancient texts, is a daunting task that can take years, there's a more manageable approach: gradually adjusting expectations. Instead of confronting the giant crocodile of high expectations head-on, it's often more effective to ease into more realistic ones over time.

The Solutions: Alter expectations and Poise
Alter Expectations: Instead of expecting a perfect shot every time you step up to the ball, consider setting more realistic goals. For instance, rather than aiming for excellence on every hole, aim to say “3 pars on the entire course today” or “3 birdies over the course today". By shifting your focus from individual shots to broader objectives, such as specific holes or birdie opportunities, you can alleviate the pressure, induce more fun and joy and maintain a healthier mindset throughout your round. As you progress, continually adjust and elevate your expectations to keep challenging yourself.
Poise: Picture yourself as a spinning top amid the chaos of a wayward golf shot or any challenging situation. Poise serves as the antidote to the whirlwind of emotions that can accompany such moments – whether it's excitement, anger, fear, worry, or shame. Poise isn't merely about remaining quiet; it's about achieving a state of equilibrium by balancing conflicting forces. Just like the central point of a spinning top maintains its balance amidst chaos, poise allows you to stay grounded when everything else seems chaotic. In a spiritual context, poise can be likened to connecting with something greater than the events themselves. Whether it's spiritual beliefs or another form of grounding, finding your central point of poise is essential for maintaining composure and clarity in challenging situations.
3.????? Cellular Intelligence
In my clinic, I address the profound connection between our bodies, soul/spirit and our memories, including our fears. Clients often bring to me a variety of traumas or fears that have become embedded in their bodies and souls (everyone has these to some degree but especially the homeless or troubled youth). Essentially, our experiences leave imprints on our physical and spiritual selves, akin to scars. For instance, prolonged exposure to a specific golf course or practice range engraves memories into our bodies, influencing our reactions on subsequent visits. Emotions like frustration, anger, disappointment, or shame become intertwined with these memories, prompting us to adjust our swings or putting techniques in certain circumstances.
Solution: Cellular Intelligence
The key to overcoming this challenge lies in releasing the trauma and memories stored within the body and cells and soul. Our bodies are incredible and mouldable, and this remoulding can be achieved through various methods such as cellular shifting, energy work, personal communication with the body, tapping, and specific muscle adjustment techniques. However, an accessible approach that individuals can adopt on their own is to engage in dialogue with their own bodies. Allocate 10 minutes each night to converse with your body at the cellular level. Communicate with your body to release any trapped trauma or scars, facilitating a 'reset'.
Golf, like life, presents its share of challenges and frustrations. However, by incorporating spiritual solutions into your practice, you can transform these obstacles into opportunities for growth and success. Whether it's through visualisation, mindset shifts, or releasing trapped emotions, the path to improvement lies within your hands—and your heart. Embrace these spiritual tools, and watch as your golf game—and your life—reaches new heights of fulfillment and joy.
Let me know how you go Heath! Blessings
