Wizz Air Skopje Marathon?
We recently participated in the Wizz Air Skopje Marathon - the most famous running event in Macedonia, with a whole team of 42 colleagues. The event attracts thousands of runners from all over the world each year, and we are very proud to be a part of it.?
The Wizz Air Skopje Marathon is a member of AIMS, the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races, and is growing in popularity each year. As a company, Scalefocus is committed to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle for our colleagues, and our?participation in the marathon was a great way to do that.?
Hitting the Courts?
Over the weekend, our colleagues and their kids took part in tennis lessons as part of our commitment to promoting various sport activities for everyone at Scalefocus and their families.?Both parents and kids had a blast spending time together and learning new skills.? ?
MainaTech & The Future of Work/Ailyak - Shaping Future Stories in MainaTown ?
Our very own Alexander Stoimenov took part in the “Future of Work” panel. ?
It was an exciting talk, where Alexander focused on the remote and hybrid work models in the IT industry. He shared the challenges, benefits and global work preferences on the topic, along with how Scalefocus manages to maintain a sense of connection among our colleagues through team-building events and many online and offline initiatives. ?
