The main components of water treatment equipment are:
1. Raw water tank: It acts as a buffer for the supply of raw water, and coordinates the supply of raw water with the input of raw water pumps.
2. Raw water pump: Provide sufficient pressure and water flow quantity for the water consumption point!
3. Quartz sand filter: The raw water is filtered through the multi-layer mechanical filtration of the quartz sand filter, which can filter out mud sand, rust, large particles, and suspended matter in the raw water, and can remove insoluble impurities and colloids in the water, free chlorine, peculiar smell, chroma, part of iron and manganese, and organic matter in water can be absorbed, reducing the SDI value of water.
4. Activated carbon filter: After the raw water is processed by the quartz sand filter, most of the visible objects have been removed, and then the colloid, free chlorine, odor, color and part of iron and manganese remaining in the water are removed through the activated carbon filter. And adsorption of organic matter in water, etc., belong to the adsorption filtration method.
5. Water treatment tank (softening tank): in order to achieve a higher recovery rate and prevent the reverse osmosis concentrated water end, especially the concentrated water side of the last membrane element in the reverse osmosis pressure vessel, carbonate, sulfate and Ca2+ , The chemical fouling of Mg2+ ions affects the performance of membrane elements. The softening device can completely remove the hardness of calcium and magnesium ions in the water and protect the reverse osmosis membrane to prevent scaling on the RO membrane surface and ensure the safe and stable operation of the system.
6. Security(precision) filter: The function of the security filter is to intercept particles larger than a few microns brought by raw water to prevent them from entering the reverse osmosis system. Such particles may break through the reverse osmosis membrane module after being accelerated by the high-pressure pump, causing a large amount of salt leakage and scratching the impeller of the high-pressure pump.
7. High-pressure pump: In order to overcome the osmotic pressure of the RO membrane, the outside needs to provide pressure to the RO membrane. This pressure is the pressure required for the normal operation of the RO membrane and is provided by the high-pressure pump.
8. Two-stage reverse osmosis system: reverse osmosis is actually the reverse process of osmosis. There is a kind of membrane in nature called a semi-permeable membrane, which can only permeate water but not other solutes. If the semi-permeable membrane of fresh water and saltwater is separated, fresh water will naturally pass through the semi-permeable membrane to the salt water side.
9. EDI device: EDI water treatment device is also known as continuous electric desalination technology, which scientifically integrates electrodialysis technology and ion exchange technology, through the selective permeation of cation and anion membranes and ion exchange resin The exchange of ions in the water realizes the directional migration of ions in the water under the action of the electric field, so as to achieve the deep purification and desalination of water, and the hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions produced by water electrolysis are used to continuously regenerate the filling resin, so EDI High-quality ultra-pure water can be continuously produced in the water production process of the water treatment device without acid and alkali chemical regeneration. It has the advantages of advanced technology, compact structure, and easy operation. It can be widely used in electric power, electronics, medicine, chemical industry, food, and laboratory fields, and it is a green revolution in water treatment technology. This new technology can replace the traditional ion exchange device to produce ultrapure water with a resistivity of 16-18MΩ·CM.
10. 0.22μm precision filter: The precision filter function is mainly used for purifying water, especially for areas with high water quality requirements, and used to remove fine particles in the liquid to meet the water intake requirements of the subsequent process. Sometimes it is also installed at the end of the complete water treatment system to prevent fine particles and broken resin residues from entering the product water. The deionized water is easily polluted by the flow pipes and equipment, causing the conductivity of the deionized water to rise and the water quality is unqualified. Through the 0.2μm precision filter, the particles that may remain in the deionized water are filtered out to ensure the purity of the terminal water.
