Frost & Sullivan Global Cloud User Survey, Q4 2021

This research service presents the findings among a total sample of nearly 900 IT decision-makers, 100 were from healthcare organizations (providers and payors). The primary cloud service provider, Microsoft Azure Cloud had the most significant share (30%) of the healthcare organization's sample. Next was IBM Hybrid Cloud with a 28% share, then Google Cloud with 27%. Of these respondents, 47% of Microsoft Azure Cloud customers said they were extremely satisfied with Azure, with another 50% stating they were somewhat satisfied.
