JUNE 2023

Executive Perspective

Dear Readers,

Welcome to our Frontlines June edition!?

I’m excited to share some valuable insights from a recent conversation with Telecom Reseller.

Did you know that a staggering 80% of the global workforce, comprising around 2.7 billion people, are frontline workers?

These dedicated individuals play a vital role in fixing power lines, constructing roads, and driving the evolution of our infrastructure. However, it is disheartening to observe that the majority of advancements primarily cater to the remaining 20% of the workforce, leaving the frontline workers often overlooked and struggling with many challenges that are the same as those faced twenty years ago.?

At Zinier, we are committed to empowering frontline workers and ensuring that telecom companies fulfill their responsibility of providing connectivity across the United States by prioritizing frontline workers who deserve increased visibility and recognition by facilitating their digital transformation.

In this newsletter, we discuss the field services industry's talent shortage and strategies for attracting and retaining skilled personnel.

You will read also about the crucial importance of energy efficiency for our planet's future and the need to incorporate ESG principles into our business models to leave a better world for future generations.

Thank you for being a part of our community. Let's continue to innovate and support those who drive our infrastructure forward.
