Remote Web Developer
Location: 100% Remote
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can meet deadlines and has the technical expertise outlined in their resume. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining web pages, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects align with design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain responsive websites from design documents for both mobile and desktop platforms.
- Ensure high-quality code that functions seamlessly on various devices.
- Utilize a CMS (Smart Edit currently in use, but experience with WordPress, Drupal, or similar is essential) to manage all content alterations and changes.
- Attend meetings with stakeholders to discuss project requirements and updates.
- Work on multiple sites that share the same code base, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
- Collaborate with designers to implement layouts from Adobe XD and Figma files.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in web development with a focus on responsive design.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress or Drupal.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD and Figma is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work is required with application.
