From zero to 450 RPA bots, principles for AI in art and: Happy Birthday, Digital Factory!

The Digital Factory at ERGO celebrates its fifth anniversary. On this occasion we talked to the co-founders about agile working and customer centricity. In Hollywood, actors have gone on strike because they are concerned about the increasing integration of AI in film and television. This leads us to the question: How can we recognise AI-generated content at all? And: ERGO CDO Mark Klein was a guest on the “State of Process Automation” podcast. He discussed with?host Christoph Pacher how bots at ERGO relieve employees and improve customer satisfaction.

1. Agile working at ERGO

The Digital Factory at ERGO was founded in 2018 with the aim of establishing agile working and building digital services for our customers.
