An example of his work will be seen on the SABC 1 upcoming show called Stereotypes, where he acts as a diversity coach helping individuals to break away from long held stereotypes against people and concept. The Global Coaching Leaders Award recognizes and honors individuals and companies from around over 60 countries in the world who continue to be involved in human development and leadership, with around 13 000 individual and company nominations. The award recognizes those who have been actively involved in professional improvement programs, the promotion of professional development of others, and leadership.

Malamule did not only receive this excellence award at the ceremony, but was also one of the global speakers and one of the 3 speakers from Africa presenting keynote address that is inspired by his upcoming book called Stand out and Lead. In this book he portrays the ways individuals can make their brands to stand out and be recognized by customers and associates. In the keynote address he shared his story with more than 20 000 global delegates at the conference about how he grew up in a poverty stricken home without proper education, to being a Henley Business School speaker programme graduate and today an international speaker and world renounced coach.

He represented South Africa and the African continent and was a clear confirmation that background doesn’t determine where an individual with aspirations can reach and that indeed hard works and consistency pays
