From the Unknown to Belonging: My First Year in another world.

One year ago, I leaped into what felt like an entirely new universe—a world that, at the time, I knew little about. The challenges were many, the unknowns even greater, but something inside me knew that this journey would lead to growth, both professionally and personally.

Looking back on this year, I'm amazed at how quickly I've found my footing, carving out a space where I truly belong. It’s remarkable to see how we, as a team, have navigated the complexities of launching projects across diverse industries from Brazil to Mexico. This year has been a testament to resilience, adaptability, and the power of collaboration.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Carlos Maya Benassini , Jaspar E. , and Xóchitl Bonilla for believing in me and allowing me to embark on this journey. Your trust and support have been invaluable, and I’m incredibly grateful for the chance to grow and contribute in such a dynamic environment.

But the real magic happened because of the incredible people I have worked with. Antonella Pardi , Carmela Osuna , and Nidia Sandoval —you are the main characters of this journey, thanks for your support. Together, we've overcome challenges that once seemed insurmountable, and in doing so, we've built something extraordinary. The bond we've formed and the successes we've shared prove that anything is possible with the right team.

This experience has taught me that there’s always something new to discover, another challenge to conquer, another opportunity to learn. It reminds me of the importance of stepping out of our comfort zones and asking ourselves: When was the last time you did something for the first time? In this ever-evolving landscape, every day presents something new, something different—a constant invitation to grow, adapt, and thrive.
