Many of you have heard my story—a career of successive wins over a long stretch. I went from a Marketing Intern to a Top Seller to a Top Leader—navigating a startup, a turnaround, a decade as a Microsoft GM, and helping a billion-dollar ISV become Partner of the Year.

But I didn’t fully understand my purpose for most of those four decades.

I chased success, but I didn’t recognize what I truly wanted until later in my career. Thanks to a seminal moment and the help of experts like?Michael Gervais and Trevor McGregor, I discovered the intersection of what I was good at, where I could add value, and what brought me joy—a place where experience meets purpose meets impact.

But even though I knew my purpose, I didn’t truly embrace it until I left that billion-dollar ISV during COVID-19.
