Part one of the SWARM event held at the Heartlands last September

On the 6th of September, 60 people from all corners of Cornwall and IoS creative community gathered together in one room. We asked them to put forward and discuss the questions and challenges that our sector needs to focus on for a more sustainable future. Out of the 18 questions put forward, 8 challenges emerged. The following pages lay out what was captured over the three hours we spent together. This will form the starting point for the Sustainability Action Plan. The professional 'speed dating' hour, brought together individuals from diverse sectors and across the Anthropy community, all sharing a common passion for meeting like-minded, right-minded individuals.
