When Angela first reached out, she was at a crossroads that felt more like a crisis.

The Disruption

After years of leading successful change initiatives and rising to the senior ranks, Angela found herself in a bit of a precarious spot.

A reorganization had left her leading a division that didn't align with her vision.

The Breaking Point

Angela was used to being the one who could always figure things out herself.

? The turning point came when she realized she was operating from a completely DISTORTED state of mind:

  • Pushing harder but getting nowhere
  • Caught in endless thought storms about what to do
  • Disconnected from her natural wisdom
  • Trying to force clarity through analysis
  • Feeling increasingly isolated, frustrated and stuck

The Reset

In our work together, Angela discovered something powerful:

? Her clarity hadn't left her - she had just temporarily lost connection with it.
