I wanted to talk to you about something weighing heavily on my heart lately.?It’s the fact that so many women in business are struggling financially.

Investing in your business may seem daunting, but it’s essential to consider the long-term benefits. Making excuses not to invest may lead to missed opportunities and slower growth. It’s essential to identify the areas of your business that need improvement and allocate resources accordingly.

Starting small with a specific project or strategy may help ease the financial burden. Remember, investing in your business is an investment in your future success.

I don’t bring this up to judge anyone’s situation. Running a business can be challenging, and we all have unique struggles.?

But what bothers me is that so many talented, hardworking women are not getting the financial compensation they deserve.

If you provide value to the world through your business, you should be compensated for it. Being broke and in the industry should not be the norm.

Owning a business should be a vehicle for creating unlimited wealth. The only limit should be your imagination and your willingness to serve others.

If you barely make enough to get by, something needs to be fixed, and you can’t afford to invest in courses, coaches, or programs to help you grow your business. It’s a sign that you need to make changes to your strategy.

I know this from personal experience. Before I started my LinkedIn training and affiliate business, I had side businesses for over 20 years. I was initially broke in business, and it held me back. Once I started investing in my future, I received an income from my business for over a decade.

I’ve been able to sustain a successful business that funds a great life for my family and allows me to invest in myself regularly. We are planning a BIG vacation for 2024 that we have talked about for a very long time, and we get to bring our two sons along with us.
