In light of the above, one might conclude that there is indeed merit in the elaborate maneuvers performed by Roblox Corporation, Decentraland Foundation, Pixowl and other market players surrounding the topic of the metaverse. From the archives and publication history on the website of our Dutch clients it’s clear that we weren’t the pioneers, debutants or those who metaphorically cut the red ribbon at the startup’s inception. And that's perfectly fine with us. We’re not overly disappointed.

Unique Floorplan Design existed long before our collaboration creating designs for familiar spaces in the real world, which were later "launched" into an imaginary world. These locations resembling libraries attracted people eager to read business books, brought colleagues together in a bar after work and gathered entire teams behind glass partitions the next day waiting for their team leader or boss to join via Zoom.

In their portfolio, you can find "pilot" works where you have to look closely to discern the logos of the teams that might potentially rent a space. Even recognizing a single physical element like a chair requires a squint. What does this tell us? That at the start, the team had a great idea but an execution of a completely opposite nature. A concept realized in 5 days of rendering

The Scrum office located on the rooftop amid the "industrial" landscapes of a bustling urban environment features over 10 zones: from a large conference room with plush seating and a big-screen TV to a small island with an ampersand-shaped table and a relaxation area with swings, mini-courts with a basketball hoop, and, of course, a foosball table (what office is complete without one?).

An avatar created specifically for visiting this space can participate in every area. Particularly interesting is that the “room” mentally delineated by invisible walls will have its own capabilities for playing audio, video and any demonstrations. However, to switch from discussing a new business strategy during a brainstorming session to taking a "break" you'll need to "drag" your avatar to the kitchenette/bar area, which is also included in our rendering.

It’s unlikely that one can “eavesdrop” on a conversation happening across the space from another location (at most, very faintly), but you can always request to join someone who’s playing PlayStation or discussing a project with investors.
