FROM #SMART TO #SMARTER TO #SMARTEST

You drive to your own destination ... Either you have clarity and a sense of purpose to accomplish your goals

#SMARTERGoalSetting

This is a mnemonic acronym that can be applied to goals in a way that makes them easier to tackle.

This concept originally dates back to a November 1981 publication in an issue of Management Review, written by George T. Doran, which addressed #SMART goal setting when referring to #BusinessesManagement’sObjectives. #SMART goals are goals that are #Specific, #Meaningful, #Achievable, #Relevant, and #Timebound. As you can see, the acronym, S.M.A.R.T. is a play on words.

But, #SMARTERGoalSetting takes this two steps further, forcing #You to #Evaluate and #Readjust #Your #Approach. This added sense of #Measurement and #Readjustment is critical to the achievement of anything in life. All too often, we tend to set our goals, but not put any type of measurement to them. When we don’t measure and track something, it becomes far easier for the mind to trick us into either putting things off or thinking that we’ve come further along than we really have.

Let #US take a deeper examination, #SMARTESTGoalSetting takes this three steps further, forcing #You to #Examine, #Serving #The LORD and #Your #Approach. This added sense of #Self #Examinatrion, #Repentance, #Virtually #Everyone is critical to the achievement of anything in life in our communities. All too often, we tend to #Set #Our #Goals, but not put any type of #Measurement of #Metanoianor #Change #Your #Body #Attitude, #Direction #Mindset #Insight, #New #Spirit, to them. When we don’t measure and track something with true accountability, it becomes far easier for the mind to trick us into either putting things off or thinking that we’ve come further along than we really have.
