From a single mom collecting $363 month in food stamps to a 7-Figure Boss

I want to share A VERY Personal Story. I am sharing this story because I see a lot of very capable and talented women who stay stuck in their struggle because they think that their circumstances define them and are the "reason" they aren't cut out for their dreams.

I was born into the foster care system.

I went through 9 foster homes before I turned 8.

In each one of those foster homes, I encountered some level of abuse.

From being locked in a room for days with no food, water or bathroom breaks, being beaten, molested by men to being forced to eat my own vomit when I got sick, as a form of punishmnent.

On top of this, I suffered severe poverty.

Days with no food.

Never knowing when a meal would be available to me.

I don't share this for pity. PLEASE don't do that.

I am SO SO grateful for my life (including my past).

EVERYTHING I have encountered was to prepare me for the work I do today. I am forever grateful for EVERY SINGLE BIT OF IT.

When I was 20, I had my Son. I was a single Mom, living in Government housing collecting $363 a month in food stamps. I had no high school education, no family support, no money, and was EXTREMELY crippled with PTSD, Phobias & a massive lack of confidence and insecurity.

I felt like I had no talent.

I felt disconnected from everyone around me.

I felt like I didn't deserve what I saw others experiencing.

I thought it was only available to certain people.

My life today looks MIRACULOUSLY different!

I have two beautiful and amazing kids that are my entire world. There isn't ANYTHING this mama bear wouldn't do for them.

THEY are the reason I CREATED this life I have today.

I have my dream home in the country of Maine and am surrounded by acres of wildlife.

I have a 7 figure business. I have amazing team members who fully support me.

I'm surrounded by other miraculous women.

We eat dinner as a family EVERY SINGLE NIGHT around the dinner table. No one is hungry or lacking.

I own 8 acres up North that will be our retirement home.

My bank account is always full.

The BELIEF in myself is RIDICULOUS! There is nothing I cannot overcome. I am so resourceful and the amount of abudant resources that are available to me (and to YOU) are limitless. There is no end.

I want to be CLEAR...

? No one gave me hand outs.

? No did me any favors.

? No magic landed in my lap or life.

? No amount of praying, wishing or hoping served me.

? No one pulled out a seat at the head of the table.

? No one straightened my crown.

? I BET ON ME because no one else was going to.

? I took risks.

? I CREATED solutions when there was nothing but problems.

? I WAS so hungry for the life I live today and there wasn't anyone or anything that was going to get in my way and stop me.

RESILIENCE.

CONVICTION.

ALL-IN-NESS.

COURAGE.

That's ^^^ what I had to muscle up. I wasn't born with any of that. No one taught that to me. No magic genie waved a wand over me while I was sleeping.

?? I WORKED MY BUTT off to CREATE my new life.

And you know what else? I failed the entire way there. I fail everyday. I scew up everyday. And I will fail my way to the top. In all my failures have come my biggest breakthroughs and lessons required for me to get to my next level.

?? I took out credit cards I had no idea how I would pay back.

?? I borrowed money from people that didn't have any.

?? I cashed in bottles.

?? I turned in change.

?? I stopped buying daily coffee's at dunkin donuts.

I did what I had to do to build the SKILLS I needed to change my entire freakin life.

?? I am NOT a victim. I will never give anyone my power.

If nothing changes, nothing changes. There is no one that is going to help you rise to who you need to BECOME to have the life you want.

If you want to change your life, YOU have to change your life. I shared this VERY personal story because I want you to see what is POSSIBLE.

?? But you have to do it.

If you're waiting, you'll wait for the rest of your life.

Nothing in your life will be different in 6 months. NOTHING.

That thing you're waiting and hoping for, doesn't exist.

You have to grab your brass ovaries, stand up tall, and ?? STRAIGHTEN YOUR CROWN!

You have to GET HUNGRY (literally) and BECOME RESOURCEFUL in hunting down what you need to get what you want.

If you don't do it, noone and nothing is going to do it for you.

I could have given so many reasons why I couldn't change my life and bring my wildest dreams into my reality. I gave you so many reasons above...

But INSTEAD - I decided to FUEL my hunger for more with the pain I was experiencing. I leveraged it. I used it to my advantage.

?? ?? SO THANK YOU. THANK YOU TO EVERY PERSON THAT HURT ME, BEAT ME, ABUSED ME, STARVED ME AND TOLD ME I WAS NOTHING.

Because of that, I am the mother, woman, business owner, charity giver, friend, daughter, sister and lover I am today.

And am UN-FUCKING-STOPPABLE.
