Let's introduce you to Dhruv Pandey , a valuable member of our Eko team, where he serves as a Data Analyst. Dhruv brings a wealth of expertise to our organisation, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and gained professional experience as an Automation Tester before joining us.

During his tenure at Eko , Dhruv achieved an outstanding accomplishment by successfully completing the Executive Post Graduate Programme in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence with distinction.

However, today, we aim to shine a spotlight on something truly remarkable—Dhruv's boundless passion, unwavering determination, and a multitude of other admirable qualities that set him apart.

In the world of competitive powerlifting, success is seldom encountered on a smooth path. A formidable situation was found during the State Powerlifting competition, initially scheduled for May '23. However, a different plan was devised by fate. The event was unexpectedly rescheduled to mid-April, leaving a mere 10 days for preparation for the competition for our own Dhruv. It was a daunting task, considering the necessity of shedding around 6kg within this tight timeframe.

To further complicate matters, an unexpected curveball was thrown in the way by life itself in front of Dhruv. Before the opportunity to attempt the lifts presented itself, a severe setback was encountered - a back injury was sustained during the competition. This setback introduced an additional layer of adversity to the journey, underlining the significance of not only physical strength but also the mental fortitude required to endure such challenges in the realm of competitive sports.

August '23 - Triumph Against All Odds

Fast forward to August '23, and a remarkable turn of events had occurred in the story. Despite the setbacks and obstacles faced earlier in the year, a position at the pinnacle of success was found by Dhruv. Victory was achieved in a local powerlifting competition, with the gold medal proudly secured as the best lifter.

As a photograph of the most recent medal is shared, a moment is taken to reflect on the journey.
